The little bakery in Donabate.
An Bácús Beag, Irish for "the little bakery", is a bakery in Donabate, north Co. Dublin, and a member of Real Bread Ireland, the all-Ireland network for real bread bakers, millers and growers.
Alongside its bread, the bakery makes pâtisserie, viennoiserie and morning goods, and serves Upside Coffee. Vegan bread and pastries are baked through the week, with vegan sausage rolls on Saturdays and plant-based milk for coffee.
We produce a selection of sourdoughs as well as continental and traditional breads.
